OUR HISTORY:

RoofAndPressureCleaning.com was born from a focus on roof and pressure cleaning in the Northern Rivers - to deliver the service a little differently to the way we found it in early 2014.  Essentially, due to the unregulated nature of the work, there was lots of grey in how one must go about safely and professionally quoting then delivering the service.  The 'we' spoken of is two local men with complementing businesses, Jake and his friend, Oliver, both whom live in and near Ballina.

Firstly, we noticed around Ballina that pressure cleaning jobs were priced with great variance, but also there was a huge gap between levels of satisfaction within that range of prices that operators gave.  Secondly, as part of the first point, we gathered that consumers in Ballina and the Ballina hinterland looking for quality roof and pressure cleaning work, were more interested in getting the correct service than paying less for something they didn't want at all (a poor job, sometimes resulting in damage to property).  

Standards of equipment and documented, repeatable processes were established within the business as we gained early experience in cleaning roofs and pressure cleaning. What followed naturally was a systemised way of quoting per m2 that allowed sufficient resources for us as operators to do the best job possible every time and make a profit. (So many people doing this work come and go - out of business due to an insufficient business model). 

Rather than being price driven, it was first about how to do the best job, followed by what that was going to cost.  It may seem like a simple approach and it is; this is still the process by which consistent pricing and quality of work is maintained.  This mixed with a genuine level of care for all people involved has, over time, produced our business as a bench mark setter in the local Ballina and surrounding areas.
 

Roof painting services in Ballina are similar, in that there's plenty of people in the area providing the service, but few seem to stick around for long or end up with a reputable way of business.  Since 2014 we've consistently provided roof painting services using some of the toughest and long wearing products available on the market. 

Low cost operators can't afford to coat a roof in products that will last and those whom charge extreme prices aren't helping their model of business either.  Partnered with a large and long standing roofing business based in Ballina, plus experienced with fantastic products on all types of roofs, we are now also setting standards in the local market for roof restoration around Ballina and Ballina hinterland.

The deck maintenance side of things was not an accident either.  Approached by a leading timber oil manufacturer in 2015 (as we became known for cleaning decks and timber homes), led to a large amount of contract work for the business in Ballina, around the Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast.  Rapidly, our experience grew, such that cleaning products, oils and then specific deck sanding equipment all made their way into our arsenal. Today, the highest quality deck finishes are achieved on a weekly basis as a large part of our business.
